About our operation:

LaRue Farms and Enterprises is comprised of multiple little family owned  and run businesses. LaRue Farms is a family farm that has been in the family since 1774.  Back then the farm use to have a blacksmith shop, tannery, sawmill, charcoal pits, tavern and the typical run of farm animals.

Today the farm consists of my parents Albert and Linda LaRue, and myself William, owning/managing/running the crop farm which is comprised of 230-250 acres of corn, hay, soybeans, wheat, buckwheat, barley and 75 acres of wood, 75 head dairy replacement heifers, a sawmill and firewood business and small equipment sales.  We also do custom field work for the local farmers, some excavating and landscaping, trucking and hauling with our flatbed-dump Freightliner with a 24ft. 13 ton trailer and a tractor trailer, PLUS everything listed in the left column.
